The U.S. Constitution was signed on 1787. Many things are included in the Constitution like popular sovereignty, checks and balances, judicial review, and others. The Constitution was created over because many people were upset with the Articles of Confederation. This constitution also stated that the government was bicameral and that one branch will not have more power than the other two.
