Judicial Branch
The Judicial branch is made up of 9 Supreme Justices, 94 district courts, and 13 circuit courts, and the Supreme Court. Some primary responsibilties of this branch are to make sure that the laws proposed by the Congress are constitutional or not. Other responsibilities of this branch are that to interpret the Constitution and the Judicial Review. The Judicial Review is the power of the judicial branch that this branch can declare an act of the Legislative Branch unconstitutional. This branch checks on the other branches by that the Supreme Court can say the law proposed by the Congress unconstitutional. The judicial branch checks on the legislative branch by the Supreme Court can rule the presidential actions and treaties unconstitutional.
